Beautiful (double) full rainbow, panorama didn't work out...so half rainbow it is! Taken out at the Heisler farm...the wedding is less than a week away...Eeeee! Can't wait!!

Day 4

This is a wooden peice hanging in our basement stairwell. Noticed it doing laundry, seriously had forgotten that it was there, amazing how we don't notice the beauty around us all the time. Learning a lesson on day 4!

Here we go...Days 1-3

I want to capture life's most amazing and insignificant moments.
I want to appreciate the beauty that is around me all the time.
I want to use my $1000 camera as more than a glorified point and shoot.
I want to take better photos.

I am starting a 365 day photo challenge. I will take a picture a day and hold myself accountable with this blog!

I will be using my Canon Rebel XTI and iphone 4 and will be editting some photos with Photoshop Elements and Instagram.
